I started learning with Aaron last year and would highly recommend him as a teacher. He comes with a great structure for lessons and resources that will continually progress your drumming in all of the different areas. He's also flexible with lessons and often helps me work through any questions or problems that have come up. I've been really happy with how much better my playing has gotten while learning with him. Plus he's very easy going and friendly!

I've been learning drums with Aaron for a while now, and it's been an amazing experience! He's not only super skilled, but also incredibly patient and encouraging. Every lesson with Aaron is clear, fun, and really motivating — he always finds a way to make even the tough techniques easy to understand. Thanks to his teaching, I've made real progress and gained so much more confidence with the drums. I genuinely look forward to every class. Highly recommend Aaron to anyone who wants to enjoy learning and truly improve!

We feel so lucky to have found Aaron as a drumming teacher for our 7-year-old son. He’s warm, patient, and creates such a positive learning environment. Within just two lessons, our son was already picking up the beat and growing in confidence. Highly recommend!

Steph Paris

We are stocked with Aaron's drumming lessons. Our 10 years old daughter could hold a beat on the drums after the one lesson! Aaron is so approachable, patient, warm and passionate about drums and music. Book a lesson with Aaron, you won't be disappointed!

Aaron was fantastic in helping my partner and me learn drumming basics and read sheet music. He made everything easy to understand, was fun to be around, and was supportive with beginners like us. Highly recommend!

Nat Goggin

Aaron is a fantastic teacher & has made the experience of learning drums so much fun. I came in as a complete beginner & have been able to do so much more than I imagined thanks to Aaron's lessons. Would absolutely recommend him if you're thinking of giving the drums a go!

Aaron is very welcoming and personable. His teaching is attentive and lesson outcomes were flexible to model classes to my level/ experience and the class space is set up well. I found my first session very encouraging as a beginner and will definitely return for further classes. I'd recommend for all levels looking to improve their drumming as Aaron is highly skilled with years of experience/ performing and has a great talent for teaching

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE AARON!! He is so professional, always on time, always wearing a smile on his face! His energy is infectious and he’s always down to rock! Always tight and just an absolute pleasure to work with. I recommend him to all my friends looking for drummers!

Luke Irvine

Charismatic, energetic, loves and loved by whoever he crosses paths with! Thats how I would describe Aarons Character. I wrote and performed with Aaron for 4 years of my 20+ years of performing. Ive never met a more versatile, adaptable drummer and the thing that stands out the most is his work ethic and reliabilty (so much so i poached him to work for me in another industry). If you want dedication, resilience, technique, and just a down right genuinely great person as part of your band, or to teach you the fine art of drumming, Aaron would be my first choice every time.

I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron on a live performance and recording project, and I couldn't be more impressed with his talent and professionalism. From the very start, Aaron has always displayed a deep understanding of music, quickly grasping the nuances of each track and bringing them to life with precision and creativity.

Beyond his technical drumming skills, Aaron always arrives on time, comes prepared, and maintains a positive, can-do attitude throughout the entire session. I’d highly recommend Aaron!

Paige Savill

I’ve known Aaron close to 20 years and have worked in a Paramore tribute band with him for several years. His passion is unmatched, technique is diverse and exceptional and he, as an individual, is so caring, generous and always brings positivity into any space he finds himself in. Wish he stayed in Perth!

Ted Doré

One of the most gifted professional drummers and instructors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Has a GREAT ear and is proficient in a variety of styles! Highly recommended!

Henry Smithers

I highly recommend Aaron for live and session work. We tracked four songs for the upcoming Sanny Veloo album together and Aaron was a delight to work with. He's precise, pays attention to dynamics, and his parts are always perfect for the song.
